I'm Amy, the owner of Shore Beauty.
My exclusive salon is located off Main Road in Boreham, near Boreham House / The Lion Inn.

I am a highly experienced beauty therapist & I specialise in advanced waxing treatments.
My salon is unique in the Chelmsford area as it's set in a professional cabin at my home. Each client has exclusive use of my salon, will not be rushed & will receive a warm welcome.

Nail Appointments - please note I am unable to take on any new clients for any manicure & pedicure services, apologies for this but I have an allergy to nail products & I am now limiting these treatments.

Please note if you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours then you will be charged 50% off the appointment total. This can either be paid by bank transfer or cash and I will be happy to send an invoice to you if required.​

Nail treatments - I have an allergy to nail products & as a result I am not taking on any new clients for these treatments and have reduced my nail treatment menu. I can only do 2 sets of nails a day. If you are an existing client then please book your mani/pedi in advance as if 2 are already booked in I may have to move your appointment & there will be more chance of flexibility for us both if you book in advance.

Shore Beauty Cancellation, Reschedule and Late Policy

This policy is effective from 1 April 2020 and can be updated at any necessary time by me, Amy (owner of Shore Beauty).

Cancellations:
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your treatment cost. If you do not pay this, it will be added on to your next treatment cost or you will be refused any further treatments.

Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment then you are welcome to do so and will not incur any charges if you move it before 24 hours prior to the appointment. If you reschedule within 24 hours then you will be charged 50% of your treatment cost. If you do not pay this, it will be added on to your next treatment cost or you will be refused any further treatments.
Lateness
If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of your treatment cost. If you do not pay this, it will be added on to your next treatment cost or you will be refused any further treatments.
No Show:
If you do not show to your appointment you will refused future appointments.
The full address will be confirmed before your appointment. My salon is in Boreham, Chelmsford. This is because the cabin is at my house.
Parking is available free of charge. Vehicles are parked & left at their own risk.

I'd be really grateful if you could wait until your appointment time before knocking at the cabin door - I will either be with another client or preparing for your appointment & I do not have a waiting room.

Shore Beauty is a professional salon based in Boreham, Chelmsford in Essex.
I offer a variety of beauty treatments, though I specialise in waxing tretments (specifically hollywood bikini waxing on females). I wax all areas of the body as well and I use both hot wax and strip wax where appropriate.

I also offer manicures and pedicures, though these are limited to my current nail client base as I have a worsening allergy to nail products.
​
Another treatment I do is tinting. Ths is on both eyelashes and eye brows and can make a huge difference to your face. I also offer LVL lashes, a lash lift and tint which opens up your eyes and curls your lashes.
Shore Beauty in Boreham is based in a cabin and is a professional salon. Hygiene is at the forefront of every treatment and I also wear gloves for all treatments.
